Entertainment and self-reflection only

AstroNova provides astrology, tarot, coffee-reading, and related content for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Readings are symbolic, generated interpretations. They are not statements of fact and are not a substitute for professional judgment.

AstroNova does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, relationship, safety, or any other professional advice. Do not rely on the app for decisions in these areas — consult a qualified professional instead. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use AstroNova, and old enough to consent to these Terms where you live.
• Let us know at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You own the content you bring to AstroNova — your questions, notes, and the photos you upload. So that the app can work, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content for the purpose of providing app features to you (for example, analyzing a coffee cup photo to generate your reading, or storing a reading in your history).

This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, subject to the retention exceptions described in our Privacy Policy.

Coffee photos and readings

Upload only photos you have the right to share, and photograph only your cup — avoid including people, faces, or personal documents. Coffee readings, like all readings in AstroNova, are symbolic interpretations for reflection, not factual analysis of your life or health.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Premium features are offered through auto-renewing subscriptions and/or in-app purchases, handled by Apple through the App Store.
• Prices, billing periods, and free-trial terms (if any) are shown in the app and on the App Store listing before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone).
• Deleting the app or your AstroNova account does not cancel an active Apple subscription — cancel it through Apple.
• Refund requests are decided by Apple under App Store terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse AstroNova. In particular, you will not:

• use the app for anything illegal, abusive, or harmful;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that violates someone else’s privacy or rights;
• attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems;
• use automated means to scrape or bulk-extract content from the app;
• misrepresent readings from the app as professional advice when sharing them.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep AstroNova available and improving, but features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued over time, and occasional downtime is possible. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature you are entitled to, Apple’s subscription rules and refund processes apply.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, branding, text, artwork, and software are owned by GRIDSTUDIO TECHNOLOGIES LTD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and Apple’s usage rules. You may use your own readings for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Termination

You can stop using AstroNova and delete your account at any time — see our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or where we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive termination.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AstroNova is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law — including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that readings will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GRIDSTUDIO TECHNOLOGIES LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us through the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including, where applicable, consumer rights that these Terms do not affect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Apple’s standard EULA

For the iOS app, Apple’s standard End User License Agreement may apply unless a custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and significant changes will be communicated in the app or on this site. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
